the reception manager, elias, were great. he insisted on carrying our heavy luggage to the room. this was a big help as we had two suitcases. the location is super convenient, only a few miles from the airport, and easy to find!
The refurbishment is ongoing, and some furniture seemed a bit worn. I noticed a few things that could use a little sprucing up.

the hotel's position is convenient with a sainsbury's supermarket located right across the street. getting to and from the airport is easy. you can catch a local bus or grab a quick taxi, super practical.

the chap at reception was quite amicable.. i suppose that's something.
I found the room less than excellent. the bedside lamp flickered incessantly. It seemed like a cheap disco. the shower temperature was erratic. It alternated between freezing and scalding. i nearly perfected my ice dancing routine in there.
